We believe that it's important to work with responsible suppliers, and to build mutually beneficial relationships with them. They assist in maintaining service standards and reducing costs in our contracts and our own internal operations.

Health and Safety is very important to us and we ensure that this is at the forefront of everything that we do at Radio Broadcast Services. Health & Safety issues are carefully documented and addressed to ensure the team are fully aware of possible areas of concern.

Returns Policy

You can buy in confidence from Radio Broadcast Services. Should you find the product you have bought is not suitable for you, or you are simply unhappy with it, you can return it to us within 7 days.

We will refund the money you paid, minus the delivery charges incurred within 28 days.

We would have to have received the goods in original condition, un-used, with all instructions and accessories. You must protect the exterior packaging of the goods by wrapping or "double boxing" the item before returning it. Goods that have labels, writing or other markings on their return will be deemed to not be returned in their original condition.

Software and recorded music, and items specially ordered or built for you can not be returned.

You must request a returns authorisation number from us before you return goods. This is so we can identify the goods and the sender, when we receive the goods.
